Our Team:


We employ only professional DJs with a minimum of 5 years experience and reaching over 20 years! Experience isn't everything in this business so we go above and beyond to find those who really care about our couples and treat every wedding as the Superbowl and our Reviews reflect that.


Ceremony Sound Reinforcement and Coordination:


From the first guest arrival to the big send-off we have you covered! We work with you to ensure a smooth and beautifully clear symbolic joining of two lives. We do this by preparing with you to understand your vision and music choices/taste. We then ensure clarity by using the proper equipment including a hands-free microphone for your officiant and an additional microphone for your vows and any readings you may have. We then use the info and gear we have to coordinate timings etc with you/your wedding planner to make sure everything goes smoothly for the big moment (even if that means dealing with the inevitable curve-ball). We then direct your guests to the next portion of your celebration with no gaps since the next area is already prepared using separate systems to ensure smooth transitions.


Cocktails:


We assist you in curating the perfect mix of music to welcome your guests and set the tone for the rest of the evening. We offer a variable amount of input on your side. 1. If you have time and would like to script out these background tunes you are welcome to. 2. If you have a vibe you are looking for we can build the playlist based on your direction. 3. If you have no clue what to play we have you covered!


Reception:


This is where a professional DJ really makes a big impact. From the introductions to the toasts and special dances we work hard to ensure things progress through the night and again set the tone for the party. This may sound simple but there are many factors that play into having it go smoothly. If you have a DJ that does his job well it will seem effortless, if you choose someone less qualified it opens the door to mispronunciations, announcing key people to start their toast or dance that aren't in the room, gaps of awkward silence to name a few.


Dancing:


This is the core of what we do and while the tempo of the party and how night plays out is largely dependent on your guest list, the DJ can make or break the memories that will live on. We take great care to incorporate all of your music choices while reading the crowd, mixing smoothly between songs and genres then infusing our own suggestions based on what your guests are responding to. If done properly this leads to an explosive and memorable wave of joy as we send you off to your new life together.

Logan exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend him! Aptly named, Perfect Cadence Events was the perfect choice to DJ our wedding. Logan was outstanding before and during the wedding. In the months leading up to the day he checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed, and that he understood what we were expecting from him. "From day one of calling Perfect Cadence Events I knew that I was in good hands. They were great at taking my crazy ideas and making sense of all of them. I was able to knock out a bunch of issues on my list in about 15 minutes. These guys really know how to make a wedding work! After planning was over I spoke with Logan a couple weeks before the big day to hash out all of the final details. He was amazing at calming me down and figuring out all of the little scheduling details, even some I hadn't considered. Finally on our wedding day Logan showed up early and was ready to go as soon as I came in the room (before guests arrived). He was even better in person, going above and beyond by helping to move tables where I wanted them! From cocktails to dinner everything was perfect. Wedding planning is very stressful, but working with Perfect Cadence gave us a peace of mind. We met with Logan one evening to go over the plans we had, and it was amazing how much information that he had to help with the flow of the event.
